Admissions to our Residential Services

All admissions to Phoenix Futures residential rehabs go through our national referral number 0845 600 7227. A member of the team will deal with each case from the initial call to the client's admission into a service.

Because of our unique admissions process clients can go into a service in any part of the country, not just into their local one. Clients can also be moved between services during their treatment.

About Admissions at Phoenix Futures

• A single phone call to our national referral number and a member of our team will arrange your or your client's assessment date usually within five working days.

• We treat both alcohol and drug dependency.

• You can book beds in any of our adult residential rehabilitation services around the UK and we offer a range of services from detox provision to family services.

• We aim to complete our admissions process within three weeks (in line with NTA guidelines).
