We provide services to enable people with drug and alcohol problems to rebuild their lives.
We offer services across community, residential, family and prison settings to support our service users at every stage of their recovery. We have 90 services across England and Scotland and work with over 10,000 service users each year.
We employ almost 700 qualified and experienced staff. 6% of our current workforce are former service users – a fact that we are very proud of.
What you can expect from Phoenix Futures
We have a Service User Charter which sets out what you should expect from us. If you find that you don't get this level of service, then please let us know.

Service user involvement
Involving service users has been part of our ethos since we started in 1969 and is important in all that we do. We have a Service User Involvement Strategy which details our commitment to this work and how we aim to involve service users in many different ways. What's most important is that service users developed the strategy so it applies to all service users however they would like to be involved.
