Our Residential Services

We are the leading provider of drug and alcohol residential rehabilitation (rehab) in the UK. We provide adult rehab and detox for men and women aged 18 and over and a unique family service for parents with children aged up to 11.

All our residential rehab services are staffed by professional, specialist staff teams who are experienced in working with individuals who may have severe problems and complex needs.

We recognise that each resident will have different needs and on admission an individual care plan is developed. Drug and alcohol problems are only part of the challenge for our residents and our rehab programme concentrates on life skills and education to sustain long-term recovery and social reintegration on leaving the service.

Our established adult residential rehab services run our Therapeutic Community model of treatment. Our rehab programme is a staged process tailored to individual needs.

Phoenix Futures runs residential drug and alcohol rehab services across the UK, including adult services in Sheffield, Wirral, Tyneside, Glasgow and Hampshire; and a family service based in Sheffield.
