As Assistant Administrator you will work as part of a team delivering recovery focused services within the prison environment. You will provide a wide range of administrative and reception duties and be required to collate, maintain and produce statistical reports in addition to maintaining databases. Drug Worker
Hampshire Spotlight Service, Fareham

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work in our Spotlight Tier 2 open access service. We offer a range of interventions including; advice and information, needle exchange, brief interventions and group work to any adult who is concerned about their substance use.
You will be involved in a wide range of activities, including providing advice and information to substance misusers and carers, carrying out needs assessments, making appropriate referrals and delivering one to one/ group interventions using motivational interviewing techniques and solution focussed therapy. You'll also assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of individual care plans for service users in the Open Access Service and organise and facilitate harm minimisation sessions for our clients.
There will be some evening and weekend work so a flexible approach is essential. You should possess an NVQ 3, or equivalent qualification, in counselling, group work and/or substance misuse, or be willing to work towards this. The role will be based in Fareham with the expectation that you will provide cover in our sister Tier 2 service in Havant as required.
