Tier 2: Outreach and Engagement Services
Our Tier 2 Services aim to help our service users make positive choices, improving their health and quality of life.
We provide outreach, drop-in and initial assessment services for people with problematic drug or alcohol use needing information or advice including:
- Information about substances, health and treatment choices
- Harm minimisation advice and needle exchange
- Overdose and relapse prevention
- Group and self help sessions to enable individuals to learn, share experiences and keep safe
- Individual time to talk privately, set goals and keep motivation
- Referral into detoxification, structured treatment and related services
- Advice and support with accommodation issues
