Phoenix Futures in the North West
Diane Hilton is our Head of Regional Operations North West. As a member of our Senior Management Team, Diane has a portfolio lead for Prisons for Phoenix Futures.
Our service provision in the North West includes our Wirral Residential Service, Wirral Community Services, Trafford Services and Bolton Tier 2 Service. We work in partnership with Her Majesty's Prison Service to deliver services in HMP Styal and HMP Lancaster Castle, and run Therapeutic Communities in HMP Garth and HMP Wymott.
