Mike Smith is our Head of Regional Operations West Midlands and South West. As a member of our Senior Management Team, Mike has a portfolio lead for Service User Involvement for Phoenix Futures.
Our service provision in West Midlands and South West includes our Birmingham Community Services and HMP Channings Wood Therapeutic Community. Working in partnership we provide a residential service in Birmingham at Park House.
