Annual Leave

We offer 25 days annual leave, rising to 28 days after two years service, in addition to bank and public holidays.

Commitment to Training and Development

In 2005 we gained the Investors in People award which recognises our commitment to developing all of our staff. We provide a quarterly training programme run in centres around the UK with specific seminars for therapeutic staff, support staff and managers.

Final Salary Pension Scheme

Phoenix Futures is a participating member of the Social Housing Pension Scheme, which is administered by the Pension Trust. Both the employee and employer contribute to the scheme, which offers a pension based on years of service and final salary.

Professional Fees

Upon appointment, Phoenix Futures will pay up to one professional fee per employee per year.

We provide life assurance for you while you are on work duties, in case of death in service. The level of cover is three times your annual salary.
