Admissions to our Residential Services
Please contact the local residential service for admissions. A member of the team will deal with each case from the initial call to the client’s admission into a service.
Clients can go into a service in any part of the country, not just into their local one. Clients can also be moved between services during their treatment.

About Admissions at Phoenix Futures
- A member of our team will arrange your or your client’s assessment date usually within five working days.
- We treat both alcohol and drug dependency.
- You can book beds in any of our adult residential rehabilitation services around the UK and we offer a range of services from detox provision to family services.
- We aim to complete our admissions process within three weeks (in line with NTA guidelines).
