We keeps families together

At our family service:

• We provide treatment for the whole family including the children’s father
• We save children from going into care
• We have a track record of success in meeting child development needs

Our performance

• 100% of families who came together, stayed together
• 70% of children who were previously in care, were reunited safely with their families
• 50% of children entered the service with some developmental delay, 80% left on or above targe

The work we do also benefits society as a whole

• Every year drug addiction costs society £15,400,000,000
• Around £13,000,000,000 of this is crime related cost

Treatment cuts crime and improves safety

• Most heroin and crack users commit crime to fund their habit
• According to the National Treatment Agency treatment cuts the level of crime commited by around half
• Fewer crimes means hundreds of thousands fewer victims
