Getting help
If you believe you or a loved one has a problem with either drugs or alcohol, there are a number ways to get into treatment.
These are:
- By talking to your GP
- Through Social Services
- Through local drug and alcohol support agencies (can be found on your local government website)
- By finding a drug agency at www.drugscope.org.uk
- Through accident and emergency departments
Staff at these agencies and departments will work with you to decide on whether you are eligible for treatment through residential or community rehab. If you are eligible for a Phoenix Futures residential rehab place click here to find out more about the admissions process.
Alternatively you can self refer into Phoenix Futures residential rehabs by calling 0845 600 7227 or emailing us.
A member of our Intake team will deal with your case from first contact until admission, usually within five working days. Click here to find out more about our admissions process.
