2017 Recovery Street Film Festival has launched!

Phoenix collaborates with addiction charities Action on Addiction, CGL, Turning Point and Blenheim to create a unique annual film festival. Now in it's fourth year the festival has screened inspirational films on the streets of major cities, in universities, prisons, Houses of Commons and Lords to name just a few of the many screening locations around the UK.

Viewed by many thousands of people every year the short films give an insight into addiction and recovery using powerful and creative story telling. The festival aims to reduce the stigma around addiction that can be a barrier for people to seek help and harm people's progress in recovery.

The 2017 festival was launched at the Curzon Cinema in Soho, London on 1 September and screenings will be happening around the country over the coming months.
