Our Service User Involvement

Service User Involvement

At Phoenix Futures, we take pride in our ability to work with individuals from the street through to resettlement. Our skilled staff provide effective and innovative interventions which enable our service users to address their problematic substance misuse.

We believe that our service users are individuals and that the recovery process for each person is different.

Drug and alcohol problems are only part of the challenge for our service users. We run several unique personal development programmes to complement our core services, which help our service users gain skills, confidence, motivation, and employment.

Service user involvement Strategy

Service User Involvement is the cornerstone of our approach to quality and how we deliver our services. This is reflected in our Service User Involvement Strategy which sets out our ambitions and commitment to involving service users. The Strategy is based on a spectrum of involvement from service users being involved in their own care and treatment to being involved in strategic decisions.

Service user satisfaction

Our Service User Satisfaction Survey is conducted every quarter across all community and residential services. This is an integral way of us collecting feedback from the people using our services across different areas of our services.

We have also implemented an effective system for feedback of the results to the service and service users and ensuring that the findings are included in the service’s overall improvement plan.
