Sheffield Supported Housing Service

Our Sheffield Supported Housing Services are delivered in partnership with local Supporting People Team, and offers a structured package of support to service users living in Sheffield who require accommodation. The service consists of two semi-independent projects with staff on site during office hours, as well as an emergency on-call system. Both sites are abstinence-based sites and service users must commit to abstinence-based recovery.

Outreach Services

Our Sheffield Community Services are delivered in partnership with local Supporting People Team, and offers a structured package of support to service users living in the Sheffield who are experiencing difficulties in maintaining their tenancy.
