Phoenix Futures Scottish Residential Service is located on Keppochill Road, Glasgow in a modern and well appointed building with extensive grounds. The service has separate sleeping areas for 39 men and women in twin rooms as well as a communal lounge, small meeting rooms and staff offices.

It is a Therapeutic Community, offering individually designed programmes for people with drug and alcohol dependencies, which include therapeutic group work on self esteem, confidence building, relapse prevention and others, one to one counselling and self-help and peer support.

Onsite and offsite activities include swimming, the gym, saunas, art galleries, theatre visits, football and badminton games as well as service user organised evenings like DVD nights.

The Scottish Residential Service operates a skills and education training programme.
