David Regan

I am David Regan and I work as a Quality Officer,  I am very passionate about improving quality within Phoenix Futures and ensuring that staff and the people that use our services get the very best while engaging with the ‘Phoenix Family’.

I enjoy my role as I can use my frontline experience while working on new projects that will benefit colleagues and those accessing services across the country. I enjoy meeting people from all our services, sharing ideas and coming together to combat new challenges.

I love going to the theatre and concerts, exploring the countryside, and strolling around places of historic and cultural interest. I am a keen photographer and love to be creative.

Mel Pellicci

I am Mel Pellicci, the Head of Services for Phoenix Futures in Essex. I am really proud to work for Phoenix Futures because I really enjoy working as part of a truly amazing and inspiring team of people.

I am lucky to work every day alongside people with shared goals, which are to support individuals to be their best and happiest selves. Alongside my work I am a netball playing, music loving, rock climbing, nature loving mum to a cheeky 3 year old.

Ewan Newton

I am Ewan, Senior HR and L&D Administrator my big passion in life is for people and supporting them to be the best they can be! It’s a good thing I have found myself in a person-centric team in a person-centric organisation! I have also been involved with Phoenix's Environmental and Sustainability project working group, and I was extremely pleased to see Phoenix Futures become carbon neutral.

Sazeda Begum

I am passionate about making a difference by balancing big picture thinking, against strategic organisational goals, with hands on execution to achieve shared outcomes by partnering with the organisation I work in.

I love being a part of Phoenix Futures and collaborating with a wide range of people who are passionate about recovery, and who help build a culture of inclusivity. Being able to work together and deliver people strategies that makes a difference is both fulfilling and rewarding.
