Service User Involvement

Phoenix Futures has a strong history of service user involvement and we recognise the importance of the input of those who use our services – our service users.

Service users are ideally placed to contribute usefully into both the planning and delivery of effective services. They champion the work we do and challenge opinions and perspectives whilst demonstrating loyalty and commitment to our mission and values.

Meaningful involvement also empowers service users through recognising the value of input, celebrating their skills, and providing opportunities to exercise choice, control and responsibility.

We recognise that service user involvement must benefit the individual as well as the organisation and we aim to provide an environment that is inclusive, stimulating, friendly and supportive.
