A drug and alcohol professional looking for free training and a greater insight into rehab choices for your clients?

A professional looking to provide more options for your clients to refer into?
If so then our Virtual Rehab Day could be for you.
What is a Virtual Rehab Day?
Virtual Rehab Days are free, experiential training days designed to professionals understand how their clients feel when they go into residential treatment, what their day-to-day life is like and just how effective residential treatment can be for overcoming drug and alcohol addiction. The days are run by current and former residents and our experienced staff team.
A Virtual Rehab Day at one of our adult Therapeutic Communities will cover the following topics:
- What is a Therapeutic Community?
- What will the first day look like?
- The importance of peer support in a TC’Programme Stages and Structures
- Expected Outcomes and Markers of Achievement
- Completion, Graduation and Recovery
The day aims to explain why each part of the programme is in place and how each separate part builds on a resident’s recovery capital, giving them the skills needed to live a drug and alcohol free life.
We also run Virtual Rehab Days at our Long Yard Alcohol Detox Unit and Grace House, our female-only service. We tailor these days to give attendees an insight into the specialist programmes at these services. At Grace House, you will be given an insight into the specialist programmes we have implemented to address the complex needs of the women we help, including victims of domestic violence and sexual exploitation.
We are running Virtual Rehab Days on the following dates over the next few months:
Most Virtual Rehab Days run from 10am-4pm, with lunch provided.
