Take a Fresh Look, Phoenix Futures Launches New Community Members Guides

19th July 2021

This month sees the release of our new Residential Guides, offering an insight into life at Phoenix Futures and the way we support people during and beyond their programme as they begin their new life in recovery.

The guides showcase our newly refurbished buildings and feature our bold, bright new branding.

Within you will find updated professional photography and insight into our groups and programme structure. Each service guide also includes details on our specialisms and areas of the programme with enhanced focus including accessibility, family placements, trauma-informed care and enhanced mental health support led by our clinical lead informed by our partnerships formed across Europe.

The guides aim to answer some of the common questions we get from prospective Community Members, their loved ones and professionals involved in making placements too. We explain what a Therapeutic Community is and how this model of treatment can benefit those looking to live a life free from substances.

Before beginning a period of residential rehabilitation, many people require a detox. Within our guide we detail our ability to offer this where it is safe to do so, and how the choice to detox with us can help with the transition into the full rehab programme.

Beyond our core programme designed by our psychologist, we also cover the wider support structure in place to enhance the experience of those who join us. These include our sustainability initiatives, our commitment to inclusivity, the Recovery through Arts, Sports and Nature series, support for family and friends and the option of moving on to our recovery housing services upon completion of the programme.
