I enjoy what I do! It is an ambition of mine to create a work environment that embraces high performance and inclusive leadership. My every approach is to embrace, encourage and tap into the creativity, ideas and benefits that come with a diverse organisation. 

I have been employed by Phoenix Futures since April 2019, initially as a Human Resources Manager and now I have moved to improve our Talent and Recruitment proposition. Working for Phoenix Futures has allowed me to explore a new challenge and use my innovative flare to build our talent. 

I am passionate about investing time in what makes me smile, such as spending time with friends and family, watching films, my faith and being a black history for children ambassador.

We are a learning organisation. We have a comprehensive learning catalogue for all staff, so you can rest assured learning sits at the heart of your development at Phoenix. Our core learner pathways include:

  • Core Learning – This type of learning is deemed essential for the role, and all staff are expected to complete this during their probation.
  • Management & Leadership – We have a range of specific courses and academies to help our managers and leaders succeed.
  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD)- We have an array of learning to cater to individuals continuing professional development throughout their role.

On top of all this, we provide fully funded accredited qualifications across various subjects, for both our operational and central office teams.
