We are a learning organisation. We have a comprehensive learning catalogue for all staff, so you can rest assured learning sits at the heart of your development at Phoenix. Our core learner pathways include:
- Core Learning – This type of learning is deemed essential for the role, and all staff are expected to complete this during their probation.
- Management & Leadership – We have a range of specific courses and academies to help our managers and leaders succeed.
- Continuing Professional Development (CPD)- We have an array of learning to cater to individuals continuing professional development throughout their role.
On top of all this, we provide fully funded accredited qualifications across various subjects, for both our operational and central office teams
