Vice Chair

Annie Bartlett

Annie is Joint Clinical Director of Offender Care, Central & North West London Foundation Trust (CNWL) providing services across 13 secure units. She was recently appointed Professor of Offender Healthcare, St George’s University of London. Although she is a forensic psychiatrist, all the offenders she works with are substance abusers giving her insight into Phoenix’s areas of work. She very much enjoys her research and teaching roles and although retired from her role as Clinical Director at CNWL, she continues 3 days per week with her academic and teaching roles.
