Director of Operations

CJ Williams

“We are the sector-leading provider of psychosocial treatment services, and our organisational values will ensure we continue to sustain our delivery across the UK”

CJ became the Director of Operations in January 2020, following time most recently as the Head of Operations England. He joined Phoenix back in 2005, and has held most operational management positions in Phoenix since. With particular expertise in services delivered in criminal justice settings, CJ has overseen services from all subsectors of Phoenix over the years, and now his day-to-day focus is providing leadership, guidance, and support to all elements of operational delivery.

Outside of work, CJ enjoys watching and playing most sports (particularly football and snooker), a box-set binge, spending time with his family, and walking his dog.

CJ holds a season ticket at Craven Cottage, and an Executive MBA from Cass Business School.
