Director of Marketing and Innovation

James Armstrong

“We aim to further our unparalleled history of innovation.”

James joined the Marketing & Innovation department in 2012, and on a day-to-day basis, he oversees marketing and communications, research, and business development, bringing them together enables us to continually improve both our process and services through small incremental change and radical developments.

James counts one of his major achievements as working with a team that has managed to create a wide range of activities and campaigns which have engaged people in exploring issues related to addiction.
