Director of Human Resources and Learning & Development

Tony Pearson

“We support all our staff and volunteers to deliver the very best in-service delivery”

Tony joined Phoenix in April 2015 as the Director of Human Resources and Learning & Development. Working in a complex multi-site organisation, the HR and L&D teams support managers, staff, and volunteers to deliver high quality and consistent services which meet the very best of employment standards.

Before joining Phoenix, Tony was the Director of Human Resources of a national learning disability charity, and he has also worked in senior HR and general management roles in both Local Government and the NHS. Tony is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and the Institute of Healthcare Management (MIHM).

Outside of work, Tony really enjoys gardening and running.
