We have been placed 47th in the listing of the top 100 Best Not for Profit Organisations to work for recognising one of core values of always striving to be the best.

Phoenix was represented by two members of our HR team Alastair Haig and Tony Pearson at the Best Companies awards on Wednesday 24th February.  We think this is a fantastic achievement, particularly given that this was our first year of participating.

“I would like to congratulate Phoenix Futures on their outstanding achievement. Our role at Best Companies is to support and encourage organisations to be great workplaces for their employees. An engaged workforce means happier, healthier, more productive and committed employees, which is clearly good news for all. We are delighted to recognise Phoenix Futures by awarding them 1 star status in our Accreditation standard.”
