Phoenix are thrilled to announce a new project supported by British fragrance and lifestyle brand, Jo Malone London. The brand will support Phoenix in delivering enhanced provision at its female only residential service Grace House.

Through the sales of Jo Malone London Charity Home Candles, the support will launch a number of initiatives aimed at cultivating wellbeing and increasing the confidence of the residents of Grace House. Alongside this, the grant will also be used to fund specialist staff training, enhancing their knowledge and to provide greater levels of support to women with complex needs.

Grace House is Phoenix’s female only residential service based in Camden. The service provides support to women who alongside substance misuse problems have complex and multiple needs, often having experienced poor mental health and histories of abuse, trauma, domestic violence, sexual exploitation, eating disorders and homelessness.

Vicky Ball, Head of Phoenix’s Housing who manages Grace House said: “We are absolutely delighted to be receiving support from Jo Malone London. The initiatives to improve the health and wellbeing of the women in the service, from bedding and lighting to improve sleep, to yoga sessions and clothing, will make a significant difference, and bespoke training sessions will enable the staff team to deliver enhanced levels of care and support. We’re really looking forward to continuing our relationship.”
