ARC Hounslow is a service provided in partnership by CNWL and Phoenix Futures as a free and confidential service for people who live in the London Borough of Hounslow.
The service helps people break a cycle of addiction to substances such as heroin, cocaine, and new psychoactive substance as well as long-term alcohol addiction. Many people turn to drink or drugs as a way of dealing with negative feelings, such as depression, stress, trauma or anxiety.
Services offered
We work with people at any stage of their alcohol or drug difficulties to provide a single point of access.
We recognise the importance of providing treatment for both the substance misuse problem, as well as any associated emotional/mental health issues.
We offer medical as well as psychosocial interventions, which could be in the form of one to one key working sessions or group work.
We can signpost and refer to other services if deemed necessary as we work closely with several partner agencies in order to provide a holistic care package for the service user. For example, we work closely with mental health and housing services.
Who we help?
Adult (18 plus) residents living in the borough of Hounslow experiencing drug and alcohol addiction.
